I created this image for a contest in a German C4D Forum. The subject was Africa. I´ve created the basic mesh in Cinema and exported it to 3d Coat. Then I´ve tweaked the proportions, painted a normal and diffuse map and got back to C4D. The rendering was done with Cinemas Advanced Render module. After all I tweaked a little bit in Photoshop.
